Reception is open 24 hours a day for exchange, credit card services, safety deposit boxes, car hire, excursions, calling home, reservations and information. We provide Luggage Services.

THE VENUS HOTEL OFFERS TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF SWIMMING POOLS:
FAMILY POOL
The family pool with fresh water is ideal for all age groups with plenty of sun beds for everyone. Perfect for families that have young children with a kid’s pool.

- Pool Depth: From 1.00 meter to 1.60 meter
ADULTS POOL
The adults pool at the Venus gardens with fresh water is ideal for ages 18 and above. Convenient for all guests that require a peaceful surrounding.

- Please Note: Our Venus Gardens adult swimming pool is closed during events. Thank you.
The pool snack bar, which is open during pool hours, serves a wide range of breakfast and lunch items. You can also find refreshments, alcoholic beverages and delicious cocktails
BAR & LOUNGE AREA
The lounge bar area was recently redecorated and refurbished giving it an all-encompassing warm and welcoming atmosphere
At our cocktail bar, you can find the most delicious and largest cocktails in the whole of the Kalamaki area. We serve the finest quality of spirits at great value. Also enjoy an espresso or a cappuccino in a nice relaxing atmosphere

FOR YOUNGER GUESTS
Venus Hotel is a wonderful base for families of all ages. We go out of our way to make our youngest guests feel welcome.
Children under 3 (applies for only direct bookings) can share their parents' room at no extra charge.
Before your stay, simply provide us with the names and ages of the children in your party, so that we can be prepared with:
- A welcome amenity for our youngest guests
- Complimentary children's activity book
- Children’s pool
- Children's menu at our snack bar
Upon request, and subject to availability, we also provide:
- Cribs and/or rollaway bed(s), at no extra charge and subject to maximum occupancy
- Complimentary use of cards, games and toys
- Complimentary use of baby bathtubs and high chairs
- Complimentary electrical outlet protectors
With six hours' notice, we can arrange reliable babysitting services for your little ones. We will do anything possible to accommodate requests with shorter notice. Please note that there is an hourly fee for this service, with a three-hour minimum. Please contact the Concierge for details.

EARLY ARRIVALS AND LATE DEPARTURES
If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make a courtesy room available for you to freshen up.
OTHER POLICIES
- :: A 30% deposit is required to confirm booking. Balance can be paid at the end of the holiday.
- :: Price includes breakfast, air conditioning, mini fridge, safety deposit box, TV and hair dryer when booking directly with the hotel.
- :: Children up to 3 years of age are free when sharing with two adults
- :: Baby cots are free.
- :: Our hotel has a five night minimum stay policy.
- :: All cancellations must be made prior to the specified period and a full refund of the deposit will be returned, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded. One week cancellation period applies for the months of May-October. Two week cancellation period applies for the months of June and September and a 4 week cancellation period applies for July and August. If a cancellation occurs outside the time frame then the deposit is transferable for the next two years.
